Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the course student must be made via e-mail notice to BB-MA prior to Day 1 of the course and is subject to the following refund policy: within 72 hours of the start time, 50% refund, or full credit toward subsequent course within the next 6 months; cancellation at any other time after signing this Agreement shall be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, or full credit toward subsequent course within the next 6 months. In the event of course cancellation by BB-MA, the student shall receive a full refund. Any refunds shall occur within 5 business days of the student providing written notice of cancellation via e-mail to BB-MA. The student's failure to attend the course does not constitute cancellation.
