This 12-CREDIT MA CSL RENEWAL course examines common legal and business issues that residential building contractors encounter on a daily basis with their customers and subcontractors.

You will learn how to improve contracts on topics like change orders, payment schedule, scope of work, insurance, unforeseen conditions, and warranty.

The course is BBRS approved. You will learn the contract and consumer protection requirements of the Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor Law (4 hours) and cover code review (4 hours), energy (1 hour), workplace safety (1 hour), worker's compensation (1 hour) and lead-safe practices (1 hour).​​​​​​​​​
